this is justen's hphr sunday sessions series. the list of songs will grow over the course of the year. all songs are free. donate if inspired, but i don't need the $.

songs in this series are

(1) spontaneously written
(2) new ideas, or
(3) revisited old ideas, and/or
(4) bursts of feeling, or
(5) sonic experiments

recorded on a tascam dp03sd digital 8-track using mostly the built-in microphones and no editing.

despite the low fidelity and/or imperfections in musicianship and/or the first draftness of the lyrics--i would rather share these sounds with the world *now* than wait for some uncertain future when I turn them into "proper" recordings. life is short and these songs don't want to wait.
